Will Gallbladder symptoms go way after stopping Beyaz birth control?

I just welcomed a baby girl 2 months ago. After taking Beyaz birth control over the course of 2 weeks I started having gallbladder attacks. I've never had them before nor have I had heartburn or any other digestive problems ever. I go for an ultrasound tomorrow. My doctor says the birth control set off my gallbladder issues. I guess because it's possible to have silent gallbladder/stones issues. Now that I've stopped taking them will the problem go away? I know surgery is an option but wondering if my gallbladder will return to the way it was before the birth control. Im not overweight (144 lbs 5'5) but have lost weight rapidly due to only gaining 15 lbs during pregnancy and dropping my pregnancy weight plus an additional 15 after that.
