Can maturity be measured?

You got it Right. The "Trappings" of Adulthood- DON'T necessarily mean a Person's "Mature." PLENTY of People "Act the Part"- but They have NO Clue- of what They're Doing ! :( If You have enough Confidence in Yourself to usually make the RIGHT Decisions, then you are a genuinely Mature Person... :)
