Do I have pancreatitis again?

I had pancreatitis and gallstones that caused me to have my gallbladder removed about 9 months ago. Ever since my surgery i have had on and off back pain that i thought was just caused from having my baby 1 month before my surgery. Now i am having horrible pains that occur in my chest that shoot into my back that are always there it seems and deffinetly worsen after i eat. I am loosing weight rapidly and i dont know why maybe because everytime i eat anything i get sick and throw up or just feel sick. Someone told me it sounded like IBS (irritable boul syndrome) but this pain feels like when i had my pancreatitis like before. Like last night night i took 2 bites of a baked potatoe and i was in tears because of the pain in my chest shooting into my back it was so bad i couldnt catch my breath. I also feel like i am going to pass out i am very light headed and tired and cant seem to ever feel good. I wasnt sure what else this could be, could it be the pancreatitis again should i go to the ER? the last time i had it i had a severe case they told me i was very close to dying if i didnt have the surgery right away and that i would die if i had waited any longer to come in!
