Gallbladder stones & 31 weeks pregnant.!? please help?

so the past month i was having horrible i mean horrible back belly pain. every time i went to the hospital they kept telling me it was my belly growing.! which i knew wasn't the case. so i went yesterday and my blood pressure was low & she wanted me to stand up while she took it and i fainted on her and i woke up with 5 dr's around me poking me with needle's they gave me an ultrasound and figured out i had a gal bladder stones. they said it wasn't infected or anything but they also said if i came back with the pain again there sending me to a serge on. which is freaking me out because i don't want to have no surgery while im pregnant.! but i also don't want this pain. from what i read online it feels like your giving birth to a child everyday.! i was also low on potassium . any suggestion on what to do to avoid having this pain so i can try and wait this out because there is no way i can let them do anything to me while pregnant for the sake of my son.! thanks :)
