Why am i having gallbladder pain after removal ?

I had my gallbladder removed on April 1st 2011. Everything has been going well until recently.. I have been experiancing the same symptoms that i had before my removal . Back pain, upper right side stomach pain. I am starting to feel like something is wrong again, has anyone experianced this or know what it is caused from ?
