Could I have developed an egg allergy?

Ever since I had my gallbladder removed in March, eating eggs gives me terrible stomach pain. It feels like a gallbladder attack, but in my stomach. I can eat foods with a small about of egg in it such as muffins and be fine, but after eating french toast one morning I was curled up in a ball from the pain. Even before I had my gallbladder removed I ate half of a boiled egg white (those are fat free right?) and had one of the worst gallbladder attacks ever. This isn't cool.. I really want some eggs! Is there some kind of egg substitute that won't make me feel like I'm dying?
