Can someone help me please?

so i know you guys arent doctors, well some might be... but anyways right now i feel kinda nausous and really tired and panicky, my right arm is starting to go numb and its starting to freak me out. i had my gallbladder taken out memorial day 2010, and i broke my back (t fracture and compression in the T-11 vertibrae) in january this year but i got discharged from my doctor and the physical therapist. but lately ive been feeling nausous often, not to the extent that im gonna get sick but i feel sorta nausous and i havent been eating the best lately cus of it. ive been eating mostly ricecakes but this morning i had some chocolate (terrible idea). i dont really know what to do right now cus im home alone and my mom is in reno which is 30 min away and shes taking care of a friend and my dads at work. what can i do?
